The other day we were asked by someone if they could view a property at 7 pm. We replied 'not a problem' our response was a surprise to her - she had been told by another agent that a viewing at 7 pm would not be possible.
Is this not 'prime time' for viewings? Prospective buyers are home from work and the kids have been fed. We call this the 'Golden Hour' Rest assured we will always do our best to service late appointments. We don't like missing opportunities and nor should you.

We could not have anticipated the rush of buyers for the sister developments 'The Royal Pier Apartments'  and  'The Regent Apartments' in Hill Road.

With all 20 apartments at 'The Regent' sold a year in advance and 13 of the 17 apartments already sold at 'The Royal Pier' on the sea front.
